Production & Procurement (Month 1 & 2)

– Precision engineering of court materials
– Fabrication & finishing by our certified suppliers

2. Shipping & Logistics (2-5 weeks, depending on origin)

– Court materials packed & shipped
– Customs clearance & land transport
– Arrival at the installation site

Site Development & Civil Works (Month 2)

1. Site Establishment & Earthworks (4-8 weeks, running concurrently with production & shipping.)

– Ground clearance, compaction, and excavation
– Foundation works, concrete slab pouring, paving, and landscaping

2. Installation of Padel Pods, roof structures & fencing (if applicable)

Court Installation & First Serve (Month 3)

– Offloading & positioning
